4. User obligations

Although www. zagnostur.com is a site that is updated at any time, facility/tour information, prices, payment terms and campaigns on the site are representative. ZAĞNOS TURİZM NAKLİYAT İNŞ. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible for missing or errors caused by typographical or late updates. Each product and product provider's own conditions apply to the reservations made. If the user wishes to make a reservation for any of these products, the user is deemed to have accepted the conditions of the product provider to which the product to which the reservation belongs at the time of reservation.

5. Cancellation and Refund

If the consumer cancels the contract 10 days before the start of the service in tours with accommodation, he/she can get a full refund of the trip price. If canceled between 10 - 4 days, 50% of the trip price can be refunded. Our customers who have made a reservation with pre-booking or EFT / Money Order transaction; accepts and undertakes to pay the full tour fee to the agency less than 10 days before the start of the service for overnight tours and 12 hours before the start of the service for day tours. In case of insufficient number of people, the agency reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 3 days in advance for overnight tours and up to 1 hour in advance for day tours and the full tour fee will be refunded.
